UAB DAISORAS (hereinafter the “Data Controller”), by this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”), sets out the conditions for processing personal data when using the website operated by the Data Controller. The conditions set out in the Privacy Policy apply every time you wish to access the content and/or service we provide, regardless of the device you use (computer, mobile phone, tablet, television, etc.).

  • To object to the processing of personal data where such data is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

**Based on the personal data you provide, your personal data may be profiled for direct marketing purposes in order to offer you personalised solutions and offers. You may at any time withdraw your consent to, or object to, the automated processing of your personal data, including profiling.

The data subject has the right to submit any request or instruction relating to the processing of personal data to the Data Controller in writing by one of the following means: by delivering it in person or sending it by registered mail to UAB “DAISORAS”, J. Upon receiving such a request or instruction, the Data Controller shall, no later than one month from the date of the request, provide a response and carry out the actions specified in the request or refuse to carry them out. Where necessary, this period may be extended by a further two months, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. In such a case, the Data Controller shall inform the data subject of the extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay.

The Data Controller may refuse to allow data subjects to exercise the above rights, except for the right to object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, where, in cases provided for by law, it is necessary to ensure the prevention, investigation and detection of criminal offences or breaches of official or professional ethics, as well as the protection of the rights and freedoms of the data subject or other persons.
